About Us
Viebrock Immobilien stands for the sustainable development and management of our own existing properties in the Hamburg and Lower Saxony region. As a family-run company, we manage and administer around 1,200 residential and commercial units from our own portfolio as well as for partners and clients. In addition, we work closely and reliably with the team at Mügge Immobilien, which takes care of selected properties and complements our management expertise in this area. Our residential buildings were planned by us and built in high-quality solid construction. This means we know every property down to the last detail and can ensure reliable, long-term care. As all properties are in our own portfolio, we act independently and long-term. This enables short decision-making processes, personal contact persons, proximity to our tenants and management with heart for properties and people.
